Our policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We’re unable to accept returns on opened e-liquids, used devices, or clearance items due to health and safety regulations. These restrictions help us maintain quality standards while being fair to all customers.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team via email at sales@depotvapes.us or by phone during our business hours. Please include your order number and details about the issue you’re experiencing. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back to our warehouse. Our team processes most returns within 3-5 business days after receiving the item.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. For your convenience, we also offer the option of store credit which is issued immediately. If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the returned product.
Many of our vape devices come with a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If you believe your device qualifies, please contact us with your proof of purchase and documentation of the issue. We’ll work directly with the manufacturer to resolve your warranty claim through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
For returns due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or damaged goods), we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is covered under warranty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Our policy does not cover products purchased during clearance sales, which are sold as-is. Additionally, all e-liquids, coils, and disposable vapes cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations.
